E D U / D Y S O N 5 Charles Brice '12, Acting, received star billing in the Thanksgiving 2017 episode of the CBS hit drama Bull as Bobby 'Brass' Lewis, a professional boxer accused of murder. Brice has been seen on popular television series including HBO's The Night Of and NBC's Chicago Fire. Clay McLeod Chapman, adjunct professor of playwriting, is co-authoring a new stop-motion animation film script for Netflix with renowned animator Henry Selick (The Nightmare Before Christmas, James and the Giant Peach and Coraline) and Academy award- winner Jordan Peele. Based on an original idea by Selick, Wendell and Wild will feature the voices of Peele and comedy partner Keegan- Michael Key. Chapman will also co-author the movie tie-in book for Simon & Schuster. Ranking Excellence The Actors Studio Drama School has received top standing in recognition of its achievement as a leader in educating and training the next generation of talent. The New York Times lists the school among successful acting programs affiliated with higher education. Backstage has recognized the program as among "The Best 24 MFA & MA Acting Programs in the U.S. and U.K." for its collaborative curriculum, which brings writers, directors, and actors together to develop a shared language and rapport.
