He was named Best Actor in Shadow in the Top Shorts Film Festival in 2017, and his other awards are from the Cannes Film Festival, Hollywood Screening Film Festival, Los Angeles CineFest, Chinese American Film Festival, Oregon International Film Festival, and the Dubai International Film Festival. He has worked as the Head of Acting both at BroadWe Arts Company in NYC and American Hollywood Film Academy in LA. He received his BA in Theater at UCLA. He also trained with Christopher Bayes (Yale), James Kerr (LAMDA), Carol Rosenfeld (HB Studio), Anne Bogart and Ellen Lauren (SITI Company), Tim Robbins, and at the Stella Adler Studio and William Esper Studio. He has given many workshops on acting, Suzuki, devising, and Viewpoints in the US and China.
