W W W. P A C E . E D U / D Y S O N 1 FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DEAN Go further. Go boldly. E ach year as we look back at the many accomplishments of our Dyson community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni, I am continually amazed at the depth and breadth of what has been achieved. Our community of go-ge ers has gone fu her, and has done so boldly, to make meaningful contributions to society. Dyson's tagline, "Go fu her. Go boldly," appears in our new, award-winning Dyson College anthem video (visit the Dyson College homepage). And you'll see this notion come alive in this issue; from students and faculty pa nering on momentous cancer research, to immersive experiences in a s and media, to effo s to achieve nuclear disarmament, the Dyson community continues to boldly push past the ordinary into the extraordinary. This spirit also extends to our alumni, who fully utilize their Dyson education as a springboard to meaningful careers and impac ul lives. Herein you will find many examples of alumni who embody this Dyson spirit of knowing no boundaries and boldly achieving beyond their goals. This evidence of their successes builds upon the spirit of confidence that Dyson students gain through the outstanding liberal a s education—including immersive experiential learning oppo unities—we deliver. They are prepared for the future to venture fo h with the ce ainty to go fu her with bold conviction. I want to sincerely thank you for your continued suppo of the exceptional experience Dyson provides, for the greater good. Tresmaine R. Grimes, PhD Dean, Dyson College of A s and Sciences and School of Education
