Unleash your artistry with incomparable professional training at The Actors Studio Drama School The Actors Studio has a long history of developing successful stage and screen artists. The Actors Studio Drama School program is based upon Stanislavski's work and the Studio's legendary tradition of experience, knowledge, and craft in the dramatic arts, and is the only degree officially sanctioned by The Actors Studio. n S tudents choose among three tracks— actor, director, or playwright—and train side-by-side as actors. Each MFA candidate undergoes rigorous training in his or her own discipline through an innovative and constantly evolving curriculum, designed and supervised in cooperation with the leadership of The Actors Studio, including co-presidents Ellen Burstyn, Harvey Keitel, and Al Pacino. n A n intimate setting for a professional beginning—Students perform, write, and direct in a small, full-time class setting, working alongside each other intimately building connections while studying The Stanislavski/Actors Studio Method. n hird-year T Repertory Season—Introduces students to the industry and the public in fully professional productions of the work they created during their study. n P rofessional Support – workshops on auditioning, creating a strong resume, taking a great headshot, effective selfpromotion, building industry networks, and finding job opportunities. n P articipate in The Actors Studio—Upon graduation, students receive the title of Working Finalist at The Actors Studio and are invited to attend sessions of The Actors Studio for one year and audition for membership. They are also invited to the exclusive Playwrights and Directors Workshop.
