Cynthia A. Rubino '87 is
the president and CEO of the
YMCA of Central and Northern
Westchester. She leads this
multi-faceted organization,
which offers a myriad of healthy
living, youth leadership and
social responsibility programs
to the community.
With more than 25 years
of experience working in
government, higher education,
for-profit and nonprofit sectors,
in 2012 Rubino was named
one of Westchester's Great
Leaders and Bosses by 914Inc.
magazine.
Rubino received her masters
in Public Administration
from Pace and previously
served as the University's vice
president for Government and
Community Relations.
