In August 2016, the DIRT Collective spent one
month in the Costa Rica Rainforest making art and
doing science. The collective's exhibition at the Pace
Fingesten Gallery was based on their experiences in
the Macquenque Rainforest, where one finds some of
the greatest biodiversity of nature in the world, and is
also at risk due to climate change and unsustainable
agricultural practices.
