fieldwork and generally allow for limited part-time employment in the
first four years of study. When possible, paid internships are arranged
to help alleviate the financial expense. e program requires 101
credit hours of study, a Qualifying Examination aer the first year, a
comprehensive examination, typically during the third or fourth year,
a final internship (over one or two years), and a doctoral project.
Residency requirement
A minimum of three years of residency at Pace University is required,
including one year of full-time study.
